Once you have placed your order, you will receive an official order confirmation email from Raphae. Please check your junk mail or spam folders if you can’t find it. Otherwise, please send us mail at customercare@raphae.com and we will be able to re-send your confirmation email to you.

Currently we work with our carrier partner USPS ,DHL,UPS to ensure the safety and timely delivery. For shipping countries and timeframes please refer to our Shipping portal for more information.

We accept cancellation or address change within 24 hours upon order. However, after an order has been placed over 24 hours we're unable to make any changes or cancel the order.

We offer a 30-day exchange policy upon receiving. Please refer our Exchanges & Returns portal for detailed information.

Our policy lasts 30 days from receiving the item. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 7 business days. The credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

We offer a two year warranty on every piece of jewellery and home décor. If a piece is broken or discoloured due to a manufacturing defect, we are happy to offer a free warranty as long as it is within two years of receiving the product.

Committed to delivering an exceptional olfactory experience, we carefully select premium materials from reputable sources. Our fragrances are based on pure essential oils extracted from high-quality plants or essential oil perfumes with an oil concentration of around 30%, providing a soothing essence. For instance, the exquisite Lavender we source from top-notch fields in France ensures compatibility with pets and children.

We offer a variety of scents for you to choose from, or you can choose unscented options. If you have preferences for both fragrance and style, it brings a dual delight to your visual and olfactory senses. Stay tuned for more scent options as we continue to update our collection.

 

In addition to regular jewelry care guidelines, it is important to avoid applying untested personal perfumes to fragrance jewelry to prevent rapid discoloration. If you find the scent has diminished, under the guidance of a professional essential oil expert, you may add your preferred non-corrosive pure essential oil. Avoid adding any carrier oils to prevent clogging, and it is recommended to add 3-5 drops of pure essential oil using a dropper each time.
