Return policy

We get it. Sometimes, things just don't work out! Not to worry – we are here to help you find something new.

Our policy lasts 30 days from receiving the item. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

- Engraved, monogrammed or other personalized products

- Special offer items cannot be returned or exchanged once sold

- Gift cards or gift wraps

We offer a 30 day return policy. Items are shipped from the USA or China. If it is a product quality issue, once confirmed, we will resend you a replacement product. For exchanges, all items must meet the same return conditions as listed in the return policy and be returned to your nearest warehouse.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 7 business days. The credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

 Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
